Best Visual Effects? Merong? Seriously? What were they thinking? The movie was awful. The effects were awful. I mean, come on! If you can see it was special effects, then it was not special now was it?
There is controversy about Pengarah Harapan... being made by Raja Azmi, who produced Dalam Botol, from which Khir Rahman was also up for the award... she said it was completely biased and unfair that Jurey got it because he is the organizer... in our opinion, if the people raising hell has no vested interest in it, then it's quite valid and justifiable... but in this case, it just sounds like she was a sore loser... if others raise the alarm as well, then maybe we got a true blue controversy...
Pelakon Kanak-Kanak Terbaik? She's not the best but she's not terrible either. But we had already predicted the win.
Hantu Bonceng actually produced a winner? Damn!
